On 25 and 26 May 2023, the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius, hosted the 8th International Conference of Customs Practitioners in Europe. The organizers of the event were the Lithuanian Association of Customs Brokers (LCPA) and the CustomsClear platform, and more than 100 customs practitioners from all over Europe participated in it in person and online, including and from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. The National Organization of Customs Agents (NOMA) was represented by its chairman, associate professor Dr. Momchil Antov.
