Last week, two meetings were held with students from 8th and 12th grade at the First English Language School, Sofia, where the Chairman of the Board of NOMA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Momchil Antov presented the role and place of customs representatives in international trade chains, the importance of the fiscal and protective function of customs control for our society and the opportunities for continuing their training in this field.
The interest of the young people was great, and there were also questions from them about the possibilities and rules for import and export of goods and the consequences of their non-compliance. In the course of the discussions they showed good knowledge in the field of economics, which Assoc. Prof. Antov defined as a good basis for their future educational and career development in this field.
